Upon arrival, we noticed that only one other table of three was occupied. The person at the back counter directed us to a large table, and we had to fetch our own menus. It took quite a while for the server to come over, and when she finally did, her attitude was rather unfriendly. After another 25 minutes, our main entrée arrived. While the teriyaki sauce was tasty, the portion of meat was disappointingly small. Given the prices, this experience just didn't justify the cost. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit, as there's another similar restaurant nearby that we would prefer to try instead.
Visited here on Christmas for dinner. They were very busy with mostly take out dinners. There were a few folks in the dining room. Their staff were working really hard to keep up with the orders. The staff were very friendly, kind, and professional. The restaurant is small but very clean. The food was worth waiting for on a cold busy Christmas evening. Would recommend trying this place. We will be back here again. Easy to find and park at this location.
My husband and I have tried sushi at almost every other place in town. Fuji Yama has the best rolls hands down! The size, quality, and variety is awesome! The price is great too! They will accommodate any requests you have, and often recommend new rolls based off your taste. Great place to eat :
I have been coming here since I was 16! This is hands down, the best Japanese restaurant in the area! They treat you like family, their prices are amazing, and the food quality is even better!!

Fuji has the best sushi and miso soup I have ever tried! The Lin roll is my favorite! I get it more often than I probably should. Their customer service is wonderful too!!
