Full Moon Oyster -southern Pines

I always love this place but tonights service was a bit disappointing. I took a business colleague there, and they were served their meal while I sat and waited for crab legs. She had almost finished her entire meal when I inquired about my order and they had forgotten to place the order. It was evident that I was sitting there with no food.. The food itself is excellent. I also failed to get a bowl of lemon water to clean hands. Tuesday night not a busy evening. I think the establishment needs a good Cleaning and beware because the tip is already added

I was here earlier this evening and the food was amazing!! You should definitely come and enjoy the oysters. The food overall rating: 9.3/10 (chargrilled oyster, ribeye steak, and a slice of choco. cake. The service: 9.6/10 (servers, and their energetic, positive vibes) Overall rating: 4.3/5 stars 9.2/10 Parking: Right in front of the resturant, and most likely lots of available spaces Kid-friendliness: 10/10 Positive attitudes to kids

Every time we’re in Southern Pines, NC we try to work in a visit to Full Moon Oyster Bar. Seating is a little tight at a high-top bar and the meal is absolutely worth the calisthenics required! I like the camaraderie of sitting elbow-to-elbow and dining with strangers but I’m a gregarious type. There is outside patio seating if bar-stool climbing isn’t for you.

Oysters were outstanding. We all enjoyed the great food and service. We had five in our party and two were kids. The menu had a good variety if choices for adults and kids. Thanks for the great food and friendly service. Kid-friendliness: Menu had good selection for the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Limited but staff will help and accomidate seating.

Full Moon Oyster Bar has consistently provided my wife and I with a positive dining experience. The quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by the staff make it a highly recommended establishment for those seeking seafood cuisine.

Worst dining experience we’ve ever had there. Waitress acted like she was doing us a favor. Calamari was awful, kids portion. Never again… must be piss poor management, used to be a good place.

Scallops wrapped in bacon were delicious, the stuffed mushrooms were not good. We didn't see crabmeat in them mushrooms not cooked Staff very nice!

Food was ok, way overpriced. Better than nothing In an area with very little diversity or other options, but won’t go back, not worth the price.
