I have the Veggie rays with rice noodles with add of tofu. the broth was amazing and the eating was quite okay. they literally only cut tofu into my bowl. not a season, nothing. Maybe I thought that the broth would offer taste, but it wasn't. it was very disappointing and expensive. it costs extra to get reisnudeln as the regular noodles with which the dish comes are not vegan, and it costs extra to add to tofu. I was not impressed by the smallest and quite disappointed total. my non-vegan friend was also not happy with his eating / price point, so it is a shame that it was not on our expectations as we could both eat there.

I ordered the veggie ramen with rice noodles and added tofu. The broth was delicious, but I found the food to be average. The tofu was simply sliced and added to my bowl without any seasoning, which was disappointing. It was also quite expensive, especially since I had to pay extra for the rice noodles and tofu. My non-vegan boyfriend was also unimpressed with his meal and the prices. Overall, we were both disappointed that the food did not meet our expectations, especially considering that we both could have enjoyed a meal there.

One of the only spots I have found anywhere that offers vegan ramen (ask for it with egg-less noodles). Other vegan options include edamame, tofu bites, white sweet potato fries, salads and sandwiches. Also they are happy to customize to make any vegetarian dish vegan (if possible). Overall terrific dining option (in and outdoor tables available, weather permitting) in the heart of Park Ave Rochester.

Other vegan options are edamame, tofu bites, white sweet potatoes, salads and sandwiches. also they are happy to fit every vegetarian dish vegan (if possible). all the grandiose dining option (available in and outside, weather permit) in the heart of park ave rochester. I have visited Furoshiki twice now, once dining in and once getting takeout, and have not been let down. They have always been very accommodating when I ask for something to be made vegan. This time, they left out the eggs and made a vegan miso ramen bowl for me, and I was very satisfied with it!

If I could give this five stars I would. The ramen can be made vegan and they're are several vegan starters. The veggies are so crispy and the tofu bites are perfectly cooked and topped with a healthy amount of cracked black pepper. I recommend the tempura green beans too. Just wow.

I really enjoy eating at Furoshiki! A helpful tip is to try the basic vegan ramen with rice noodles instead, and also order the salt and pepper tofu on the side instead of adding it directly to the soup. It's delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
