I do accept this maybe the best Japanese restaurant in Castellon, due to the very limited offer otherwise. The service is pleasant and has a good atmosphere. It seems an honest attempt at offering quality sushi. However, the food is just ok and, more importantly, does not justify the price. Our dinner ended up at almost $40 per person, wine inclusive. Which for local standards is very high. The rice of the sushi and nigiri did not feel right. It was not well compacted and the grain did not seem the proper type. The nigiri came out too warm as well which did not help. The pieces of tuna and salmon on the nigiri were on the thin side. All portions in general were very small. Some of the maki c...
