This was the second time our order was made incorrectly. The common areas are dirty (tables and countertops). The bathroom is also unclean. Inside of grab and go drink box is dirty. We called off over 20 minutes to speak to someone over our wrong order. The phone was no answered. We had to call another location to speak to their manager. I would not consumed raw food from this establishment.
This place is fantastic. It's been a while since I've been able to enjoy it since I moved away from Ohio, but I hope they consider expanding to Las Vegas! I love that they offer options for those who don't like raw fish to enjoy meat in their sushi. Please consider branching out from Ohio.
$31 for a California roll, a cup of miso and a smoked salmon bowl. 1/2 the bowl and all the soup went in the trash. The roll was fine, we ate that. The water machine wasn't working so we stole some pink lemonade: it was off in a disturbing, savory way. Will not be back ?
Great idea that kids can choose what they want, and the Sushi is prepared in front of you. It was fresh even though it was late during the day. We will return! Kid-friendliness: My kids customized their sushi. Réservez une table maintenant
Miso soup powder not mixed no flavor/sad. Over-battered shrimp tempura. Spicy tuna roll OK, although tuna treated, bright pink, not fresh tasting. Edamame not evenly seasoned. Water machine broken. $56 for 3
The sushi rolls were delicious, but smaller than before. The pineapple lemonade was very refreshing. Overall, a good experience at the restaurant.
Steven just had excellent customer service and he was very polite. Also maintained good hygiene. We always eat at Fusion, highly recommend it!
I have decided to stop dining at restaurants that refer to meat as protein, even though I know I would enjoy the food. Réservez une table maintenant
