This is the worst restaurant i have ever been too. We went attended there to eat some good food with 3 friends. First we were given a horrible waitress. She literally was not interested in us at all. Throughout the time they did not give all the food included in our orders. At the end of it we went to pay, the lady said insert your card. She said my card was not approved so i inserted it one more time and the same thing happened. Third time it appeared to work. So the next day I went to look at my bank account and I was charged three times for the price of one. We had been to Fusion once before and enjoyed the all you can eat sushi, so the four of us thought we'd return. My wife wasn't particularly hungry so she asked for the a la carte menu. We were to told they had a policy that everyone at the table has to order from the same menu. This implies that they don't trust my wife to only eat off of her own plate. This policy is not on the menu or website. We were led to our table by an individual who did not want to be there. We were then served (term used very loosely) by another individual who dropped the dishes unceremoniously at the end of the table. When we asked for more tea she shuffled off in a huff. There is both dim sum and sushi available on the menu. Do not waste your time with the sushi which was mediocre at best. The dim sum was very good being both hot and fresh. Despite this, does not warrant a price tag of $27.99 for weekend dinner.The price is way too expensive for any service, ambiance, or amount of good food you could eat.
The two servers walked without turning in order. Against my better judgement we gave this place a chance to prove previous reviewers wrong. This place has a history of BAD service. It was even worse than I thought. If you don't learn from your mistakes you are bound to fail. We waited over a half hour and noticed that the servers were MIA. After a while I think the cook took over and never came to our table to check if all was ok. Finally gave up and told "the cook". We were out of there. Made apologiesd and made up an order to go. This is the worst ever restaurant.First the waitress doesnt even smile she looks tired and dont want to be there and its just 12 noon.Second they serve us an old rice and cold rice(i am asian so i know if the rice is old) . Third there pad thai taste like a ketchup.There bulgogi meat taste like old cooked meat even there chicken.It is the worst ever restaurant dont waste your money rather eat mcdonald than go there.Service is bad food is bad it is just a very very very bad restaurant.
Arrived as a large group was leaving to board their bus.Service was good. Functional, quick to take orders, get additional wasabi, ginger, napkins and water.Dim sum was good as was maki rolls. Friend ordered sushi and appeared good quality.Priced well for lunch buffet on the weekend.
