Fusion Spice offers delicious food, prompt service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The vada pav was perfectly grilled with just the right amount of chutneys—not overpowering. The Triple Schwan noodles were exceptional, featuring a great balance of spice and authentic Indo-Chinese flavors. I appreciated that they didn’t overuse soy sauce, unlike many other Indian restaurants. The menu here truly stands out. I will definitely return. We visited Fusion Spice with no particular expectations and placed our order. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, matched by excellent service. It’s a great spot for both North and South Indian cuisine.
