Futura Coffee Roasters Glisan St

Used to be a different coffee shop, neither have been very appealing realistically but at least this one has an updated interior. Walked in and initially was confused as to where to start. No one says hi when you come in, hardly got a look up. One thing that is prevalent in Portland is that it’s customary to be stand-offish and unresponsive as counter service goes and this place lands the role there. The cashier looked at me and waited for me to gesture an order, offered nothing, pushed buttons and read a total back. Amazing place for spectacular coffee. Had the house blend drip and sourdough croissant. Absolutely loved how beautifully vibrant the house blend was, and was delighted by the tartness of the sourdough croissant. Perfect place to enjoy Portland's amazing coffee scene.

Very warm welcome from the barista, who seemed to be having a lovely time bouncing around assembling orders. The pastries were amazing, and the coffee was delicious. Exactly the pick me up I needed today.

Visited Portland and planned to try several coffee shops but I couldn’t stay away from Futura! So so so good! One of my favorite iced vanilla oat milk lattes I have had. The staff was wonderful as well!

Love their coffee, the food and the lovely people who work here. I always come here when I visit my son I live five hours away) When I walk in, I feel joy.
