Gabriela's Mexican Grill

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, but they were not willing to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. When I tried to order a jumbo burrito with a different side instead of fries, they refused without giving a reason. I ended up changing my order to a 3 taco combo with barbacoa meat and asked for a fish taco a la carte, but they said they could only sell me the fish taco as part of the combo. Despite the restaurant being newly opened, it did not have the delicious smells of the food being prepared in the kitchen; instead, all I could smell was cleaning products. This evening when i arrived to pick up my ToGo order, of which i do often, i was unsuccessfully greeted by a rude and unprofessional man working the front desk this evening. I'm Not sure if he was having a bad night or if thats is how he thinks its okay to treat people/customer, but between him and his friend Leo at the Prairie Grove location, they seemed happy to bullying us into not wanting to support this restaurant chain EVER AGAIN. I hadn't realized it had been at least 8 years since I visited this location with my family. Today I treated by a co-worker for lunch due to us both starving. It was nice to see the changes made throughout the restaurant and how the menu possibly had some upgrades. The meal I had was great for the portion size needed for better health. I was too concerned about my meal instead of the menu, so I don't remember what else was possible to consume.
