There are two fantastic pizza places in Miami. If you're in the northern part, you can't go wrong with Steve's Pizza. However, if you're located in the south, you should definitely check out Gaetano's, which is tucked away in a small strip mall in Kendall, just down the road from Greenery Mall Dadeland. The pizza here is incredible—thin crust with so much flavor that even those who usually skip the crust will enjoy it. The sauce has a delightful sweetness that enhances the overall taste. The owners are truly wonderful people. My family and I have been regulars at this shop for years. The owner is extremely friendly and made it a point to connect with my son when he was younger, sharing jokes...
Today, we decided to try Gaetano's. We were so hungry that I forgot to snap a picture of the Caesar salad and the Chicken Parmesan pasta, but I did manage to capture the Veggie pizza. I highly recommend this place! I first visited in 2005 when it was under different management, and you can really tell that they use only fresh ingredients—nothing comes from a can! The salad was exquisite, and the pasta was cooked al dente, just the way we like it. The Veggie pizza was loaded with fresh tomatoes, basil leaves, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, and more. Stopped for a quick lunch . Large pizza and a dozen of those iconic garlic rolls for under $25! Fresh and super yummy! I was with my two small children and the chef personally brought the food out to the car for me ! Love to support our local businesses , especially to those who care for their customers !
This charming family-run eatery exudes a wonderfully authentic vibe. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We came here today for a quick bite and we discovered a gem! The pizza here is delicious. Handmade dough. We ordered cheese and pepperoni slices. The lady who took the order and the cook are very nice and attentive. Fair price! Pay a visit here and you won't be disappointed.
