I would not even give this restaurant 1 star! My experience was absolutely terrible! I placed an order through Deliveroo, but the restaurant uses their own drivers, so I was instructed to call the restaurant directly. Despite being only 6 minutes away, I was unable to go there personally as I was at work. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that the driver had left 10 minutes before my call, even though the restaurant is only a 6-minute drive away and he still had not arrived. This made no sense to me. After waiting 60 minutes for my food to arrive, it still had not come. The restaurant advised me to contact Deliveroo for a refund, but Deliveroo told me to speak with the restauran...

We were down here on business and looking for somewhere to eat. Based on the reviews we decided to eat here. We were early and it was only about 6 ish. The first issue is the parking. There is no where to park nearby and we ended up parking in a sidestreet a bit further away. We were the only people in the restaurant to start with. We ordered, I had the prawn espetadas and my husband opted for the half chicken. Both came with two sides. I had the salsa and the salad and my husband had the sweet potato fries. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but it has really gone downhill. I was excited to hear they were now offering delivery, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The chicken was cold and the chips were like cardboard. It felt like a complete waste of money. I understand that businesses are trying to make up for lost revenue due to the closures, but charging £20 for a whole chicken and 2 sides for takeout is outrageous. Have they not seen the competition? There are plenty of other peri peri places that offer much better deals, like a tasty meal for £11.49 with plenty of food.

We were recommended trying this place; with people saying it is better than Nandos. We both had the hanging skewers that comes with 2 sides each. We had the sharing platter for starters. Food was so nice and very reasonably priced. They make their own sauces; highly recommend the Coriander Lime. Will be coming back again. Réservez une table maintenant

Waiter wasn't friendly or welcoming at all,the cheesy dough balls we've ordered were quite raw, we found an eye lash or piece of hair underneath the burger,also the taste was average. Calamari was straight from the freezer,chewy and tasteless. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins. Wasn't a nice experience.

Had a lovely meal with the family, the food was good my really enjoyed the Calamari starts. Portion size for our main was a good and the food was taste! The service as was standard and the price was ok, we will be going back in the near future.

We went to this restaurant for our first trip out after Covid as we have been there several times before and we always enjoy the food here. The staff were just as friendly and the food was lovely again. We will be going back again and again.

The restaurant that was once charming appears to be closed now. However, you can still purchase their sauces through mail order, and we are regular customers. The coriander lime sauce is absolutely fantastic! Réservez une table maintenant

Back from London to Romford Station. My first choice starter was not available. My first choice main was also not available. Left and ate elsewhere. Staff not particularly fussed.
