After complaint they made me a personalized omelette and they brought me Bayonne ham (for which I thank you) But I can assure you that your buffet was empty and not up to standard. We spent 2 nights there. Beautiful renovated room and very good location. Paid parking 18€ per day not well informed. Breakfast served until 9:30 a.m. but at 9:00 a.m. barely any choice (very low quality products, cheap gouda from the supermarket, only industrial bread). At the ibis for €10 (here €20/pp) more choice. Limit false advertising (see photo of the site which is not at all representative, the island with the products displayed...
The service at breakfast was worse than anything else. Even though there were a lot of seats outside, the restaurant lady told us not to sit there since there were only two people and led us deep inside where the lights were off. I thought it was racial discrimination and it didn't make me feel good. When I spoke to them in English, they made faces as if they didn't understand, and they only spoke in French, making communication difficult. L'hôtel Gallia est idéalement situé, près de l'entrée du sanctuaire. Notre chambre était très confortable et spacieuse, et le parking de l'hôtel (payant) est un véritable atout à Lourdes. Il convient de souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel à la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant La Belle Époque. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce bel établissement.
