I found Chapas (Modern Chinese tapes) when I was browsing through Instagram and back then the only photo they had was a couple of bowls of Chinese Dim Sum.

This is a Spanish and Chinese fusion or Chinese tapas though some of the dish are either entirely Chinese or not Chinese at all eg Japanese.
