I used to really like their food. But unfortunately we had really bad customer experience because of which we will never eat here again.The women at the counter was extremely rude and very inhospitable. I requested for a paper plate for food for my 4 year old and she denied the request very rudely.She didnt give us any sides or drink accompained with the kids meal and upon asking she said they dont have any. She didnt care to inform us earlier and even upon us asking her reply was extremely rude.
I found this spot to get lunch for clients and myself. For myself I got the chicken pita and 2 falafel. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and my food was ready. I grabbed my food and left. When I ate the falafel pieces were very good. I then dug into the pita and at first it was good. As I ate I noticed the rice was hard so I had to remove it. As I ate more the chicken wasn't as good. I had an ok experience.
Simple Greek was all right, but Garbanzo is definitely better. Simple Greek suffered from food that I found to be undersalted and slightly dry (yes; both). Garbanzo has improved both of these issues; the food seems fresher, crisper, and more flavorful. Really nice service, nice music, and free pepperoncini (which I requested). What's not to like?! :)Vegetarian options: Wish there was tofu as a protein option
This place is underrated. Yes the rice may not be optimal all the time and sometimes there's technical issues with the card reader but the signature chicken and portabello mushrooms are great. Baklava was tasty too, not dry. Toppings are good too, like the eggplant and signature sauce. App also gives rewards sometimes. Would recommend giving it a try!

Stopped into get some food. Got the make your own bowl. Was my first time trying here, does not disappoint. The gentleman behind the counter went over everything with me. Was a great experience to watch them build it. Got a salad bowl with lemon chicken, lemon potato, with cucumber and onions. Pita and feta. Oh and a spanakopita on the side.
Please BELIEVE all the 1 star reviews. This place is scary. Employees do not know what to do. The guy who did my wrap didn't know how to fold a wrap. Next guy didn't know how to work register. Literally it look abandoned when I went in there. Tell tell sign. Also they are unsanitary. Employee coat on table very close to food area.. like why?
First time here and was excited because I love Greek good! I got the rice bowl with falafel, mushrooms, lemon potatoes and string beans EVERYTHING except the falafel was severely under seasoned even all the sauces I tried. Very disappointing but it’s an easy fix once I go home and jazz it up! Great customer service nonetheless.
The food was meh. The place needs a deep cleaning. Extremely dusty counter area. If its dirty at the front I don't want to know what else is filthy.

Good food. Very knowledgeable staff, male worker suggested that I try the white sauce with my food...I thanked him, it was delicious!
This place used to be good, but now is inedible. Something drastic seems to have changed here.
