Als große Liebhaber gehobener Küche, mussten wir dieses Restaurant natürlich auch mal testen. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Überdurchschnittlich freundlicher, familiärer und höflicher Service, grandioses Ambiente. Der Sommelier war der beste, den wir je genießen durften. Seine Empfehlungen waren absolut auf den Punkt. Zum Essen gehen mir die Worte aus. Atemberaubend, fantastisch, sensationell. Geschmackskompositionen, die einfach nur glücklich machen. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Abend und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für diese wundervolle Zeit!

my second visit/ my second experience in garbo restaurant. service and kitchen play in a separate league (5 stars). twice we left our skills to the staff and were picked up at 4 courses, so I can say thank you here. what a joy that was conjured up here. that made a lot of fun. very much respect! for me in karlsruhe the best restaurant! ps: a band lacks in photos, was something in trance and forget it:

we were at the celebration of a high time in front of the place. the reception was warm and the offered octopes were first class. In addition, the champagne and the alcohol-free alternative was extremely tasty. also the dinner with several walks was grounded and yet refined. the service was great. I'm sure it wasn't there for the last time.

Very nice welcome and excellent, as well as expert service by Hermine Kazda. The main meal, as well as the appetizers, were throughout a creation, a variety of taste variations. Superb! Etwas abseits gelegen, aber jeden Umweg wehrt! Die Qualität des Essens ist möglicherweise einsame Spitze im Bereich Karlsruhe. Einfach Spitze muss man wirklich erleben um zu schätzen. Reservierung sehr empfohlen das Restaurant garbo ist nicht sehr groß. Service: 5
