I stumbled upon it by accident and will definitely be returning for the bread, the food, and the people. The individuals who run this establishment are absolutely lovely. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her daughter, and they are just fantastic! I mentioned it was my first time there, and she gave me a tour, provided me with all the details on the food, breakfast, and bread!!!! Although I didn't have the chance to explore the pastry section of the bakery, I was impressed by the variety of classic and innovative dishes I saw. The chorizo, seasoned with flavorful spices like cumin and coriander, was crumbled perfectly for tacos, which I ordered two of that morning. The aroma of the meat and eggs cooking together was enticing, and the eggs absorbed the delicious chorizo oil, creating a balanced and satisfying breakfast. It was a great way to start the day and a welcome change from the usual gas station food that I've unfortunately indulged in.
this bakery is really a jewel. sweet brot is fresh and made in the spaces, the market is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. they also carry a small menu of tacos and fool them before being placed with homemade flour tortillas. I will definitely make this one of my local favorites.
