On top of that, I ordered my burger well-done, but it arrived cooked properly on only one side, with the other side still raw. After waiting over 30 minutes for my meal, I had no choice but to return it. Although they provided me with a replacement, it took an additional 17 minutes to arrive, and when I finally got it, the burger was extremely salty. When I expressed my concerns, the manager suggested that I should order ahead next time. Is he serious? They weren't even busy at that time!

Ok, it's basically like a food truck or food court restaurant. You order and then they call you when it is ready. You then pick it up and either take it with you, or sit in the area with numerous tables and eat there.The food is tasty, the prices are reasonable so it is a good place to grab your breakfast or lunch. I don't know if they are open late enough for dinner if you are working late.There is no table service. You clean up your own table when you finish.
I went for a procedure today and I came here for some food and water as I started to not feel well.I told the lady behind the counter I thought I was going to pass out and she and the young guy working with her helped me out, got me a chair helped me even peel the banana. I didn’t get there names but I cannot thank them enough for their kindness helping meSo thank you I’m so grateful you helped me I didn’t have anyone with me so I’m happy you was so kind to me
HEALTH HAZARD. I was given moldy ranch sauce, in which the lady in front responded with its just on the sides. Whether you see the mold or no, it’s in the sauce already. She compensated me with 5 dollars? She didn’t go back to check the other sauces either, disgusting. The stores needs to be check for its health grade, because when was the last time they changed out sauces???

It's great to have a café in this building, as it's really convenient for visitors and employees alike. The service can be a bit slow, particularly during breakfast hours, likely due to the high volume of takeout orders. However, the staff is always friendly and courteous. I also appreciate that the seating area is usually not crowded, making it a nice spot to relax.
The woman behind the counter is lovely. I love the chef specials because I get to try something new whenever my heart desires. Great food and even better people. Highly recommend.
