I made reservations on line for 11:30am. I get there at 11:20am and make an inquiry in reference to my reservations and was inform that there system was down and I needed to stand in line. We were seated at 11:50am and was given a Breakfast menu, once the waiter came to our table I asked for a lunch menu and was informed they were still serving Breakfast and would not be serving lunch for another 25 minutes. We got up and went to the counter an attempted to order lunch to go, but they were not taking orders. I was asked if I wanted to talk with the manager from a staff member. The front-end management was surprisingly poor. We had breakfast reservations for 9:30 AM, but we weren't seated until 10:00 AM, and none of the front-end staff provided any explanation for the delay. This was an unusually bad experience in terms of customer service.
Thanks to the staff, we had a short wait, and they held breakfast for those of us in line! Ryan was fantastic, as usual! The crème brûlée toast and pancakes were delicious!

We enjoyed Friday dinner on their patio. Daily specials, delicious food and Linda is a super wait-person.
Horrible food. I think McDonald’s would be better. Crazy high prices for the quality of food. Very bad !
The New York steak was very chewy, normally it is great. No fault to our server Woody. He is great!
The food is mediocre and could benefit from a more varied menu and improved selection.
