Ray is the greatest chef of all time he made me an impossible wrap just check the receipt.Angela is the best customer support person of all time she mended an issue I was having in the kindest most respectful way.Yes read the receipt, that is one hell of a wrap. Thank you Ray.Honestly I have been at Fairfield for 3 years and it’s sad how little I’ve eaten at GC. I’m planning to be back much more, because of the kind people who work there.Ray literally made me feel VIP, expediting my order and making sure that everything was made promptly for both me and my girlfriend. Angela is just the GOAT for being patient with me at the counter and answering my questions… I had a lot of questions.Anyways...
Ordered in-store last evening...wait time was short...we seemed to get what we asked for. After reading several reviews about people not getting the amount of chicken they ordered, we put our chicken on the scale when we got home...ordered 2 lb...got 1 lb 12 oz (including the bags). Yup we got shorted a quarter pound too. At $18/lb, that's $4.50 in their cash drawer for free without providing the food.Too bad...don't think I'll return there...and the food was good...but not at that price!
This place is excellent. The nuggets and fries are always super crispy and fresh. Love all of the sauces that are available; the honey mustard and blue cheese are my favorites. I got the Nashville hot nuggets this time and they were good, though I wouldn't mind them being a little spicier. Their sandwiches look great, gonna try them next.Workers are always friendly, they are quick with the food; nothing but positives to say!
