On the morning of 8/21/24, I visited the Garden Grill Restaurant in World Nature at EPTCO for breakfast. As a parent of a child with severe food allergies, I take great care in choosing dining establishments. I had heard positive feedback about the restaurant's allergy-conscious practices and made a reservation accordingly. However, upon arrival, I noticed that there was a lack of attentiveness from the hostess, Alondra (from Puerto Rico), when I provided information about my reservation and my son's allergies. Ryan (Parma,OH) was an excellent waiter. Carlene (Manager) was not nice when we told her of our grievances. Upon entry a male person who addressed himself as manager gave us specifics. We learned from Carlene that he was staff. When our paying party told her of the specifics she was called a Liar to her face. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. The “Character Experience” was not experienced. We saw a chipmunk, Goofey pass-by and we saw Mickey earlier as we walked in. For our first visit to this restaurant I can say we will for sure be back. The food was good for an all you can enjoy experience and went way past my expectations. Living with the land is one of our favorite ride to do each trip and being in the restaurant while it rotates and you see different parts of the ride was very cool. On top of all this it's a character dining experience that didn't seem rushed and the service was great. One of the best dinner experiences we have had on Disney property in all our visits.
We did a bunch character dining and ate at a bunch of places and this was our favorite. All the food was good. It's all you can eat. They bring a pre fixed menu to your table. The characters on the other hand were not the best. They didn't seem to into it. We didn't get to meet Dale he walked right by our table. The best character dining we did was Tusker House. The waitor was friendly and very attentive. I'd recommend it for the food not so much the characters.

The food was pretty good (way overpriced) and the characters came by our table twice but our waiter Bob from Ohio is who made the dining experience fun for my family. Bob is quick witted and had our family laughing all the time. Bob is quite the jokester and our kids said he was hands down the best server we've ever had. Thanks Bob for making our dining experience so enjoyable!
Food is edible but along the lines of a Bob Evans. No stuffing. Mashed potatoes low quality with some yucky black nasty globs in it. apple pie is meh. Diamond Horseshoe/Liberty tree is 1000 times better. Group of 5 adults had a wonderful time because of the character interactions. Pluto was a hoot and deserves a raise. Dale was awesome, too.
We had dinner here with our family and once again, the staff and food were absolutely amazing! Our waiter went out of his way to make sure our kids were well taken care of and fully enjoyed their experience! The characters were great and the atmosphere was fantastic! We can’t wait to return upon our next trip!
Absolute perfection. ::Chef’s Kiss:: One of the only places to get real sweet tea in all the parks! AND OT’S GREAT! This restaurant has everything for everyone. I could go item by item and tell you about how EACH piece of this meal is perfect. I could. Each individual meal item served is perfect. I loved it!
