Katie has the most delicious muffins and creative bakery within 50 miles radius, certainly in all plates County, Colorado. In addition, it has excellent coffee and teas (at least hope for Decaf). I live in Woodland Park and am a weekend regular, buy their incredible baked goods (most vegan and gluten-free and a great latte when I get it early enough a day to enjoy caffeine. Katie is dedicated to her craft and has great customer service skills. We are happy to have them in our community and their commitment to homemade, healthy food.
