While visiting a friend in Scranton, I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant, and as someone from New York, I can confidently say it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had! They don’t seem to care about what you order; if you ask for white rice, you’ll likely receive yellow rice instead. The boneless ribs were tasteless and chewy, and the wings were simply inedible. Overall, it was a stale, flavorless, and unpleasant experience. If my friend continues to eat here and becomes ill, they might find themselves facing a lawsuit!
I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant. I’m currently in the hospital after major surgery and had my fiancé go pick up our Chinese food order. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was extremely impatient and decided to leave without fulfilling our order, ignoring our calls as well as the store's. Despite spending our money, they did not deliver. I would advise against ordering from this place.
My only disappointment was with the fried dumplings. They were decent, but they lacked the bold flavor I was hoping for; they were just average and a bit too oily for my liking.
Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for noodle dishes. I'm definitely planning to come back, whether it’s for another serving of lo mein or to explore more of their menu!
This is a fantastic restaurant! They forgot my soda, but other than that, the food and service were excellent. They even gave me some extra food. The portion sizes are huge, and I was able to enjoy the meals for a few days alongside my sister.

This is the best food in town! The delivery is always on time, and the hostess is fantastic. The prices are reasonable too. I've tried other places, but now I only order from the best—Chen Garden!

I had to throw away the cheese wontons because they were spoiled, and the sweet and sour chicken was overcooked. Everything else was fine, though.
