a real gem nowadays. a real English village pub with reasonable trips. large selection of beer, really good at home made eating and a warm really friendly welcome. large beer garden for when the sun shines, log burner in the bar for if not. restaurant promotions every evening, booking helpful, but not in the regular essential. (pub closed on Monday).

Fish'n'chips or eat out?! Thought we'd try out this pub. Glad we did. Very friendly and good service, we had starters which didn't take too long, then main course, lovely food. A varied menu for all tastes. Didn't try the desserts as we were too full. Coffee was good too. Good luck for the future. Will definitely be back with friends.

now, we have lived in this against for 5 years, now I cannot believe that we have not visited this wonderful pub before (virtually at our doorstep). I can't praise it enough for the coworkers friendly fabulous food .6 of us has various meals all were cooked to give perfection abundantly, we will definitely visit again
