Excellent! Sol Grill had the perfect balance of surf (fresh seafood) and turf (Chicken, Beef) My Swordfish was cooked to perfection, (blackened yet very moist and tender). My wife had the Chicken Picatta which had a very tasty caper sauce with a hint of lemon. Both my daughters loved their meals as well! One had very tangy and tasty spareribs. The other chose a bowl of Ahi Chowder. She says it was the best ever! Wine by the glass was reasonably priced as well. Very pleasing interior; small and cozy with a 6 seat bar. Wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable! Perfect evening! Thank you, Sol Grill!
This charming little restaurant truly exceeded all my expectations. The service alone would make me come back, but the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. The sangria, SOL salmon, and ahi tuna chowder were bursting with flavor. And the BREAD! Delicious! Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty. You should definitely stop by. The only challenge you'll face is walking home with your very satisfied, full stomach!
We had an incredible dinner tonight with my daughter and sister. The owner was so lovely and offered wonderful recommendations. We enjoyed delicious meatballs and a beautiful salad! Everything we ordered for dinner was excellent! We ended the evening with the best Tiramisu I've ever had!

This restaurant is my go to. The food is amazing, There is so much variety and you feel healthy after you leave. The staff is so helpful and so knowledgeable and it literally is the best restaurant in Newport Beach.
Showed up 10-minutes before our reservation, were told it would be 5-minutes, then we were told they overbooked and it would be over an hour. Very rude, never suggested a comp drink or anything. We left.
Great find! We were visiting our friends in NB. They took us out for our Birthdays. We will go back. They were excited to know about it now. I found it on Yelp.
This is a wonderful place to spend an evening. The dining experience is fantastic, and the menu offers a great variety of options.
