This was a very positive experience. We got coupons in the mail and decided to try Garners for the first time. We ordered the pepperoni eaters chicago style pizza with cheesy bread. It turned out what I was originally told could be done with the coupon wouldn't work, but they still honored the discount anyways. Good customer service.Now to the food. The crust on the Chicago style pizza was the best crust I have ever had on pizza. It didn't have seasonings flavorings etc to mask bad crust like most pizza, It was great by itself. Zachary took it upon himself to add his own 20% tip for a pickup order. One manager said that he could see the tip was added and the owner states that there was no tip added and that it was a processing fee from the card provider. I have never seen a processing fee of 20% or any fee at all when eating out. So instead of admitting there was a mistake it is being left up to the card provider. Great food and have been going there for a long time but this is theft!
Typically one of my favorite places, whether it's for pizza, wings, or a sandwich. My last visit I was a little disappointed. I got the Italian beef sandwich and fries. The fries never disappoint but the sandwich was not up to normal standards. The bread appeared to be different and was definitely not as good/fresh. However, I still ate it, and it won't discourage me from going back
We order here all the time and never have any issues. The one time the food tasted weird the manager Elijah got us taken care of. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know for Pizza in Morton. Their prices are reasonable, the food is delicious and they truly care about their customers. 10/ 10 service!!!! Réservez une table maintenant
Phoned in a take out order of a large Pizza. When I went to pick it up there were plenty of places to park, the store was clean, the staff was friendly and well trained. My pizza was up, boxed and ready. Got it home and it was prepared correctly and was immediately consumed. Thank you for the great experience!
