Gartenbeiz Chispacius

Ich war auf der Senda Sursilvana unterwegs und kehrte spontan hier ein. Im Schatten genoss ich mein kühles, alkoholfreies Bier und ruhte mich etwas aus. Ein kurzer Schwatz mit der Gastgeberin durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Das Chispacius ist eine gemütliche Besenbeiz und war für mich als Wanderer ideal um einzukehren. Für hungrige Wanderer gibt es natürlich auch etwas!

If you're looking for a place where the Alps still move at the locals' place, the Surselva, and Schlans, are it. This is a simple village restaurant with a few rooms to rent. Simple local fare, but in a setting that hasn't seen a hurried tourist or tour bus yet. Bring your own entertainment, and enjoy the unique scenery.

Wir wurden von Annamaria sehr herzlich begrüsst. Im Chispazius herscht eine tolle Atmosphäre. Vom Apero bis zum Kaffee alles war lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Capuns waren super gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren hier auf einem Geschäftsausflug. Sehr gemütliche authentische bündner Atmosphäre. Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich und die Kaffees mit Schuss äusserst schmackhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Family atmosphere and great food. If you're hiking around Schlans it worths stopping by for a beer or two :)
