I’ve come to this location often, the food is always delicious! However, this time I had a reservation for a group of (my daughter’s request to celebrate her baptism here). We waited about minutes to be seated. As the first customers of the afternoon, the grill was still dirty from the night prior, putting off gusted who had never been there before. They opened at our reservation was for and they still had not put the AC on. It was so incredibly hot to begin with (summer), and when we asked several times and told “ok sure”, it did not go on until we were paying our bill an hour or so later. The waitress could not split our check, she said it was too difficult and proved that it would have been when she could not get our drinks out right: brought a sprite instead of a Shirley temple, added another tables appetizers (our table didn’t even order one), and kept bringing out the wrong sushi rolls for the guests who ordered sushi. Overall (since I go often) I love their food, and the staff are usually very friendly. The value is great for the food and interaction with the hibachi chefs. But this was certainly a stressful afternoon out, and sadly unaccommodating with the AC making an already aggravating experience more uncomfortable
