It's always a culinary and cultural pleasure to come back to Gass 17! As soon as we are back in Switzerland, we are immediately drawn here! The dishes are divine, taste like they look, delicious, colorful, locally sourced and simply good!! Same as the ambience; The high table, from where you can watch the chef prepare something, is my favorite place and you can enjoy the warm fire right away! The best thing to do is reserve a spot online, especially when the sun is already peeking out a bit!
This place was awesome. Excellent customer service and amazing food. We’re big foodies and have high standards. The lentils were pretty good but didn’t knock my socks off what did impress us most was the pork chop one of the best we’ve ever had in our lives and the build your own pizza on Monday’s. We liked it so much we went back twice in 3 days. I forgot to take photos of the pork chop but trust me it’s worth it.
Place is designed tastefully. The interiors are quite modern despite being in the middle of an old town. It's quiet inside so it's good for conversations and peaceful meals. The food is well prepared and very nicely presented and the staff are friendly and used to tourists. It's a little pricey, though.

Sehr gestresstes unfreundlicher Kellner, wollten Tee trinken. Wartezeit auf die Karte 10 Minuten, Bestellung aufnehmen nochmals 20 Minuten.
