Gasthaus Das RÖhrl

We were there for lunch and were unfortunately very disappointed both by the service and the cuisine. We had to wait a long time and a lot, whether for drinks or food, the simplest wishes could not be fulfilled and in the end we were unfortunately topped off with the fact that the food was far from culinary excellence. Classic Bavarian dishes without a lot of personal effort you notice that as a frequent eater, so it 's a shame if you still have to prepare the full amount. And last but not least, you have to say that friendliness is unfortunately not on the top of the agenda.

Today we were in Straubing for the first time at the Röhrl. We had to wait almost 30 minutes before we could order. We both ate the fried chicken salad. It came quickly and except for the fried chicken it was good. The fried chicken was so dry and the breading wasn't really good...it's a shame. But it was also really busy, so maybe that's why it wasn't so good. The location is really nice. Service: 3

We were here for a stopover and were thrilled by the city of Straubing and the surrounding area, the hotel and also the inn DAS RÖHRL. Good food and beer, good rooms, breakfast perfectly adequate and a great location! I was here today just for lunch. The drinks order was taken quickly and delivered. Unfortunately the Swiss sausage salad took over 30 minutes and unfortunately it was also the worst sausage salad I have ever eaten. The stock was completely bland like the rest of the sausage salad. The farmer's bread was fresh, crispy and very tasty Service: 5 Location: 5

Formidable food, unfortunately no wine list, no bottled wine either, but you can treat yourself to a good wheat beer from Röhrl (nothing more to do with the hotel) (I give three stars for satisfactory hospitality, more or less for deviations)
