My colleagues plundered our top bank and ordered a meal in Bufettform in the Eulenkrug. The inn is located in beautiful Solling, between Fürstenberg an der Weser and Meinbrexen, which leads to the Weser. Outside the house has come in the years. At first glance a typical older guest house. In the outdoor area many tables and chairs, with views of the Weser and 3 donkeys. A sandfield and a swing invite children to spend time. Beautiful old trees donate shade in summer. The guest room, well furnished bourgeois, with oven, very large windows, to the ground, conveys a pleasant atmosphere. I looked at the menu. Rumpsteak costs 16,50€ with supplements and herbal butter. Here you get typical German home kitchen, such as carving, steak, fish dishes etc. Seasons are offered bowls and fish dishes. Cake should be the racer! We were here with over 30 people. For us there were beef roasts, chicken fillet in very tasty sauce with red pepper, croquetted dumplings and a vegetable dish. Fresh salads. Sweet dessert. I can say it was very good cost and very tasty. The servant was careless and quickly brought drinks to the table. The inn is barrier-free, has a disabled toilet and a large parking area is available. After or before eating you can enjoy beautiful walks in the picturesque surroundings, e.g. at the Weser. In the summer season it should be difficult to get a place in the outdoor area, as not only travelers like to come back here, but it should also be a secret tip for beautiful Sundays and evenings.
