I ordered a 100 eur coupon. 0.80 € porto are calculated by phone. against this statement, however, were raised 3,50 € (the letter was €1.60) I would have expected more customer-friendliness here and personally upset about it, the gas house is now no longer the 1st choice. on the same day I received the following email on my review. I really upset myself and I really don't go anymore. who would like to read a proper example of customer friendliness and service, please: Dear Frau Pettinger, we would like to contact you again. their assessment. we are very sad that you feel too much for the exhibition of good will 3.50€. if you pick up a voucher in our guest house – this is of course free, but we have an effort covered by the 3,50€.
