Rooms: Wir haben für das Wochenende 19/20.08.23 zwei Comfort Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus (3 Sterne zu 95,00€ gebucht, und hatten hierfür auch eine Bestätigung erhalten.. Bei Anreise wurde uns gesagt das wir in das Gästehaus (2 Sterne müssen, Zimmer 6 (Bilder wurden hier schon mehrfach gepostet!!!! , in winzige und unschöne Zimmer mit einem Bett von 140 cm!!! Dies wollten wir so nicht akzeptieren! Der Junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr unverschämt und von oben herab. Er meinte nur das wir entweder diese beiden DOPPELZIMMER!!!!! nehmen müssten oder in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Darüber hinaus meinte er das im Hotel Nagel keine bestimmten Zimmer im voraus gebucht werden könnten. Dies stimmt natür...
Ich hatte dort 2 Nächte gebucht, das Zimmer 6 befand sich im Gasthaus. Kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen, siehe Fotos. Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und unschön. Duschkopf völlig verkalt, das Wasser schoss in alle Richtungen, das ist nicht erst seit kurzem so. Das Klo wackelt. Im Zimmer riecht es permanent nach Klo. Unschöner Laminat durch Wasserschaden am Eingang ins Bad. Der Griff vom Fenster wackelt, ist nicht richtig festgemacht. Die Wände, insbesondere am Bett und Fenster sind schmutzig. Das ist ekelig! Auch der Eingangsbereich und das Treppenhaus sind ebenfalls sehr abgenutzt. Nachdem diese Mängel an der Rezeption vorgetragen wurden, hieß es, dass die Zimmer nächstes Jahr renoviert wer...
The room was nice, relatively new but unfortunately very loud. Unfortunately only 3 stars because from the first day of booking until departure there was only chaos and in some cases the booking was made incorrectly, it took 6 x communication to clarify it and something was wrong again on site. Unfortunately, friendliness was very rare (employees at the top level, whether junior or senior... well) Breakfast was nicely done and tasty, plenty of choice! Plus point: there was oat milk! You can do it, but then communicate everything very clearly and, above all, check against it 3 times.
The rooms in the new guesthouse are absolutely good. Please note there is no elevator to the 1st floor. The restaurant is really good with delicious food and good beer. The outdoor area is also inviting. The parking situation is a bit difficult, but it's okay. The breakfast is good, only the breakfast room has more of a cafeteria feel. Overnight stay after a celebration. We slept in the guest house. The room was clean and we slept well in the beds. The facilities are very simple and the room is very small. If you look out the window you can see garbage cans. The price for accommodation is cheap and you shouldn't expect too much. If you want to stay overnight inexpensively, you've come to the right place. I didn't use breakfast Rooms: 4
Prices/performance ratio is completely right here. The breakfast is also great. We were there as a couple and can recommend it without reservation.
