from the arrival to the departure my experience in the boutique hotel was exceptional. therefore: first line the hotel staff. they are expert in customer service. when I arrived in the hotel key, it came late and the kitchen was closed. the hotel manager, conny and five stars rated chef, gosia, cooked a last meal. like any food she prepared, it was creatiw, seasonal and absolutely spectacular. Eating and wein. As mentioned above, the restaurant in the hotel is exceptional. gosia uses local source, seasonal ingredients for their prix fixe menu. every meal she prepared was really an artwork. the wine list with a focus on Swiss, German, Italian, French and Austrian wines is reasonable and extensive. conny recommends two delicious weine, a Swiss pinot noir and an Austrian bigelt. because it is the hotel and the guest rooms, the love for detail is incomparable. they thought about everything. no short cuts in preparation and design of the rooms. the rooms are spacious, the bed is cozy, and all the facilities are extremely clean. beautiful location on the lake. beckenreid is an ideal place if they are looking for loneliness, but also require closeness to lucern. there are plenty of activity in lickering that does not require that go far. when you are walking, you hike up the mountain to the klewenalp, save your knee and take the gondola down. close to buochs there is a beautiful beach with bath and bath. they can rent kajaks, paddleboards, etc. Finally, I am happy to have stayed in the botique hotel key, and really grateful that I met her entire team. they will treat you as family as they did me. nicer recommended!
the hotel was amazing, our room was very spacious with great amenities. patrick, the owner, was so inviting. his menu in the restaurant was perfect for dinner. the small breakfast room overlooks the lake and you can go to the lift to go up the mountain. we have enjoyed our reception in Switzerland very much, we come back.
