Gasthaus Zum Lambachtal

My daughter lives outside of Gummersbach and we visit regularly. One of my favorite places to eat is this small family restaurant. You have a unique sandwich called Lumburger!? It is loose meat with a soft cheese and a leaf of salad and the meat is seasoned. Once I asked the owner what the spices were... he said he had to kill me to tell me. I love family businesses and this is really a special place. Service can be very poor, but the beer is always cold. The owner can be grouchy, but the Lumburger is always good. I love this place.

Very nice simple guest house with original atmosphere and "Patina". We like to go with our children for a short dinner or a fun round with friends. Prices are fine, food is simple, fresh and honest... Fladenbrotburger are the hit! Delicious beer specialities are offered after the season (e.g. Maibock) and the Aventinus wheat strong beer must be drunk once. The operation is sometimes 'shore', but if you rely on it very nice.

Very beautiful, beautiful place in the heart of Strombach. Prices are Ok of the örvice under each cannon. You have a real feeling that you don't have fun, but the Wirth is so. The Sepiesen always take some time before they arrive May table, but are SUPER tasty can only recommend the Lahmburger or the Bayernburger
