We had a delightful lunch here on a day trip to Gengenbach. The atmosphere has an authentic German vibe, and service was great. Ordered a glass of wine (which turned out to be carafe of 2.5-3 glasses), a beer, and two main dishes which ended up costing 25 euros (bargain)!. The server/bartender spoke perfect English and was welcoming and helpful. The pig knuckle with roasted potatoes was delicious!
If you want a good bear or wine this is the perfect location. It is a pub and therefore I do love it, because Gengenbach has no pubs!Nice and lively athmoshere, conny the owner is a professionnel in his job and as well a nice guy to talk to. Verena his wife invents always new Flammenkuchen in the moment with Spargel and os on. give it a try it is worthwhile. There you meet real locals
We went there everyday. Great price! Incredible amount of flammkuchen, this veyr thin and delicious pizza. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM IN THIS PUB. Very good beer and nice owner, he played a soccer game for us in the third floor on a huge screen. Absolutely loved it, wish I could go back soon.
Service was great. Prices very reasonable for the quality. Traditional German style restaurant. Food was good. Not amazing but nevertheless quite good food at a very good price. Réservez une table maintenant
Pretty nice place and warm. I recommend to drink beer and enjoy the time with friends. The tartle flame is very nice but I waited for a long time .. took me tired.
This restaurant has the typical German dishes you would expect. The dishes taste good, but are not above average.
