One of a few restaurants open on Monday. Make sure you have reservation as they seem to be very busy. I went on Monday just before 6 pm (18.00) and got lucky to get a table (I forgot to make a reservation), they turned down a few parties coming about 15-20 min later and not having reservation. The service is very attentive, despite them being very busy, they kept very good service going on. A lot a choices, steaks on hot stone looked very appealing. I went with Veal Zurich style and home made roesti. Paired with Swiss Blauburgunder. The wine could have been a bit bolder for my meal, but still decent match. For dessert I got Apfelkuchlein with vanilla ice cream. Food was delicious, prices are decent for Switzerland. I highly recommend. I will for sure come back during my next trip to Baden. BTW they also serve some a bit exotic meats as horse, ostrich, etc.
