we were there two years ago at the old concierge, eating was top . carving from the pan top self-made sauces. are now a way to eat such good carvings. naja that was probably nix carvings from the friteuse, cream sauce from the ice cream, roast potatoes fresh . lettuce fresh, but also a finished product. my wife had jägerschnitzel frying sauce with little speck and 8 mushrooms, plus pommes. all not recommended, especially waiting time 2.5 hours to eat came.
before at the old lady there were fresh products...z.b schnitzel from the pfanne soßen themselves, dressed herself made. today unfortunately no longer from the frit, cream sauce like finished product, jägersoße= fry sauce with bit specs and 8 mushrooms from the dosis. naja salat was fresh only the dressing. the 50km away, unfortunately. equipment good, service quite simply impossible, somehow overwhelmed. we had to eat 40min after over 2.5 hours.
the food was ok, but the white carving was very dry and in total rather small portions. also everything somehow not tasted self-made.Device modern, but cruel acoustics (very loud, sound reflected, you could not entertain yourself)Total for the price ok, but we know better where we prefer to go
