We wanted to spend a weekend in Neuhaus-Schierschnitz and have booked the Hotel Kastanienhof for this reason. At the first moment I was shocked because cleanliness in the entrance area is not very high. But in the room it was clean, which I was very surprised about. The next morning we were breakfasts. The breakfast buffet came very empty but it was delicious. Next to our table there was a chest of drawers on the wall, which was very dollly dusted in. We paid 75,00 € for one night incl. breakfast. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned by a very strong illness in the family. We asked if it was possible to cancel the second night, only the lady at the reception said she was watchi...
