I was in wine for a professional meeting, and the night of our arrival we had dinner in the ederer gasthof. the place looks a little strange, but the whole thing is pretty. a mixture of tradition and modern furniture is the most peculiar character of. the quality of the foods already overwhelms the atmosphere and the environment. I started with a traditional scarlet soup with pagansterz, a kind of pork soup with buckwheat slush: excellent, without further comment. as a main course I had a pink roasted bark back with speck beans and maislaibchen, a very soft pink roast beeffilet with speck, drilling and maispatties: again excellent! A mix of tradition and modern furniture is the most peculiar character of...this place. The quality of food anyway overwhelms the atmosphere and the environment. I started with a traditional Klachlsuppe mit Heidensterz, a sort of pig’s trotter soup with buckwheat mush: excellent, without further comment. As main course I had a Rosa Gebratene Rinderrücken mit Speckbohnen und Maislaibchen, a very soft pink roast beef filet with bacon, beans and corn patties: excellent again! Der Ederer ist ein wunderschönes familiär geführtes Hotel in Weiz. Das Essen war in meinem 8-tägigen Aufenthalt jedes mal aufs neue ausgesprochen gut und vielfältig. Bei Problemen wurde mir vom Personal direkt freundlich geholfen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel rauchfrei ist.Der Poolbereich war jedes mal sauber und angenehm ruhig und entspannend. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
