we ordered bratwust and got frankfurter, we ordered non-carbonized water and got carbonized water. the imperial and carvings we have ordered were of poor quality. I also have to mention that it was not very busy, so that would not be an excuse for the bad quality.

our worst day experience in the alps. smells sweat, not present slow service (we did not get all food we ordered and that was bert and water served after eating if we wanted to go and had to wait 20 min to...pay)

Visited here a few times in past 4 years,As mentioned in other reviews service can be erratic. However the Gluhwien and Strudel is worth waiting for.

very nice holiday home, just a little old. service a little confused when a large group comes. eating is great, even children will enjoy it.

my family waited for almost an hour to eat and my never showed up. not quite good enough if they want to ski.
