Essen ist sehr hervorragend, jedoch fehlt mir in dem Restaurant sowie sämtlichen anderen Thüringischen Restaurants typisch Thüringische Gerichte: Nämlich Thüringer Klöße, deswegen kommt man nach Thüringen (nicht nur wegen dem Farbglas). Da muss man inzwischen nach Berlin fahren, um diese Spezialität essen zu dürfen. Das ist bei der Thüringer Bratwurst inzwischen nicht anders, die gibt es jetzt auch eher in Berlin. Das finde ich schade.
Food is very excellent, but I lacked typical Thuringian dishes in the restaurant as well as all other Thuringian restaurants: Fast Thüringer Klöße, therefore you come to Thuringia (not just because of the color glass). You have to go to Berlin to eat this specialty. This is no different from the Thüringer Bratwurst, which is now more likely in Berlin. I'm sorry.
