I don 't think our waiter was thrilled with serving us. His attention was lackluster at best...maybe overtly unwilling at worst. Case in point, he clears the dishes and we have two empty beer mugs in front of us (which he left behind) and didn 't ask us if we wanted more beer, some water, dessert, coffee, nada. I asked for a single scoop of sorbet for dessert...ordered Williams pear....birne ... He brings raspberry. It was excellent raspberry sorbet, lol, but I wanted pear. Anyway, I had the asparagus cream soup. Was nice. My colleague and I both had the cordon blu (the pork version with Gruyere and ham) with fries. Excellent. We went on my birthday as I'd requested it specifically for cordon bleu. Really nice outside seating area at the back where it was cool away from the traffic. It was a hot day! The service left nothing to be desired, very friendly, efficient not at all intrusive. The food was also excellent I would highly recommend it. There was also no rush to get rid of us as you get in some restaurants, we felt welcome at the start of our visit still welcome at the end even though we stayed a bit longer after paying the bill. All in all top marks for everything.
