E' più di una baita, è una moderna fattoria/albergo, poco sopra Tropolach, quasi in fondo alla discesa a valle, dalla vetta del comprensorio sciistico di Pramollo/Nassfeld. Nella grande sala arredata tipicamente in legno si mangia benissimo: svariate zuppe, wurstel di diversi tipi e in tanti modi tradizionali, carne e piatti tipici della tradizione austriaca, con una forte componente rurale. We stopped for a skiing lunch, two families with four young children. The food is average for such a place but the service is below any standard. First they messed up the order on the details (n No ketchup please) was dutifully noted but ignored once the food came. Then it turns out the dish for one of the kids was missing. Despite chasing the waitress FOUR times over the next half an hour the fish did not materialize. Each time we received no information beyond the stupefied look of the same waitress that the food did not appear. In the end we fed the child from other plates and left without receiving any apology whatsoever. Avoid as the plague, there are other decent places around.

Si trova proprio sotto la linea della Millennium Express, poco sopra la cittadina di Tropolach, si arriva comodamente in auto dal centro cittadino. Offre molti giochi per bambini: nel parco antistante troverete dondoli, scivoli, un castello di legno ed un grande tappeto elastico. Abbiamo cenato comodamente sulla "terrazza" esterna mentre i bambini giocavano di fronte a noi...Ottima cucina locale austriaca ma anche semplici piatti come toast e pizza, prezzi nella media della zona.

In der Mitte der Talabfahrt gelegen, aber auch per Auto zu erreichen ist der Ederhof. Von der Piste sieht man zunächst die Aprèsskihütte, dahinter verbirgt sich ein kulinarisches Kleinod: alles von eigener Schlacht, deftig, aber wunderbar schmackhaft, genau das, was man nach einigen Skistunden benötigt. Die Kinder lieben die Palatschinken!
Per chi desidera gustare ottimi dolci e unire al piacere della gola quello di una bella passeggiata nel verde, l'Ederhof è l'ideale. Con una buona mezz'ora si può salire a piedi o avendo fretta anche in auto. Il posto è davvero panoramico, i gestori gentilissimi e i loro dolci sempre freschi davvero ottimi
We waren nog vroeg in seizoen voor deze omgeving, weer was die dag iets minder dus bij Ederhof een warme choco gedronken, was niet warm maar lauw en had weinig choco smaak. Daarna snel weer verder richting hotel.
Prima simpel goed klaar gemaakt typisch Oostenrijks eten. Uitgebreide kaart. Fijne bediening met leuke speel gelegenheid voor de kinderen. Aanrader!
