A real piece of jewelry in the circle is the “compile”, both from the ambience and from the culinary point of view. A little disturbs the noise of the nearby federal road, but this is also the only recognizable lack. Operation is exceptionally accommodating and attentive. My ordering request: “First a small beer for thirst, and then a glass of must together with the food” was just as attentive as the excellent preparation of the Swabian specialities. There were “Saure Kidneys with Bratkartoffeln” and baked liver with various supplements. Everything was clearly freshly prepared and left nothing to be desired. On my note that everything works very well here, the service told me that at first they had to fight with various difficulties, but added with a smile: “Yes, we already know that everything works quite well here” A real hit!
