Gasthof Ortmann

we were with the family (9 people) for Christmas dinner at ortmann. the restaurant is very large and a part very beautifully designed. we had to take place in a uncomfortable next room without window. because of the celebration and the fully occupied restaurants there was only a small special menu, which is also ok at such days. the menus consisted of a uniform doll and a main dish at the price of 25 - 30 eur! the price was in any case far covered. for a carving or medaillons the price was already unharmed. the suppe was placed in a large bowl on the table and we had to serve ourselves then. tastefully there was nothing to put on the diner and our waiter was very nice. at the high parlors to christmas was probably more likely to have the maximization of profit in the foreground. Conclusion: nothing special at a very high price.

We used to eat more often there, they had great carvings.But unfortunately this has become much worse in the last 4-5 years.SchadeThe other feed card is as good as possible.But it is already missing filetsteaks on the map that is served not to be troubled.We have always been kindly served.The pricenivou is correct.I find personally better than the meat dishes.

located on the b 8, the restaurant (almost) offers sufficient parking. good interieur, good offers, but... on festive days almost nothing works, unfortunately. the restaurant was recommended years ago, but now no more 100% pity.

had ordered me a pork fillet pan with vegetables, the meat was very dry and also fryed too long. there was a glass of beer.Not recommended more this place.Wolfgang fritscher from duisburg.
