Gasthof Renner - Réservation de table

We were in town on a river cruise and had an open night. We met with some locals we know and they suggested this restaurant. They claimed it was very well known to the locals. It was very walkable from our cruise dock. Since... the trip was at the end of October and it was in the evening, the beer garden was closed, but the restaurant itself was really great. The atmosphere was authentic Austrian and the food was excellent. My wife and I shared a special short-term court (3 weeks from the year) of the geese, recommended by the people we were with. Very nice. Our friends both had a meat dish of any kind and it looked and smells amazing. No question.

Nice beer garden. Eating is good and serving huge! Beer as usual in Vienna! Service a little slow, but it was so busy Friday night. A bit expensive, but pleasant. But they only take cash!
