This place leads the shnitzl to the next level: In the center of the menu you will find a table in which you select a kind of meat (vegetarian options also exist) and the way it is prepared with explanations. Also presets available. All the options we tried were very delicious.

Excellent service Thanks for the waitress, Gina, for the perfect service. The cook earned us a perfect austrian dinner. There are 101 different types of carving. It is a great place to visit when you are here in Flachau. We'll definitely come back! Thanks for the nice evening!

The service was very good, the staff was friendly. We took Salzburg garlic soup and onion soup, which were amazing. Chicken Cordon bleu was good, but my maiden pig carving could be a bit more 'thicker'. Overall, the taste of the meat and the crust was OK.

Would NOT advice going here. Terrible service, other even left without paying because of it. Even when we gave feedback they have been rude.
