Dishes are freshly prepared, so please be patient, urges the menu. Nevertheless, two hours to order, eat and pay or two simple main courses rather overdoes it. Waitresses were energetic but somewhat disorganised. An ordered second bottle of water failed to arrive, and we were...not alone in twice requesting long-awaited bills. Other guests meanwhile were inconvenienced because the credit card machine was out of order. Surely restaurants should make this clear at the entrance if advertised cards are unavailable. Food quality was average: a venison goulash had perfectly tender meat in a rather thin sauce served with redcurrants and mini-dumpling “spaetzle.” I’d had better in a campsite restaur...
beautiful cozy hotel, the rooms are very spacious, partly with balcony, friendly reception and super eating. parking is located directly at the house. beautiful walks directly from the guest house and a few minutes to the lake. very good starting point to visit the environment as well as Austria and Switzerland. price for us something too high, otherwise completely in order.
