This restaurant is described as casual for us a bit too casual! I know it is difficult to get staff these days so I guess allowances have to be made. Service from one of the two servers was attentive, but the other young girl seemed more intent on going round with a duster and wiping the lights and banister than serving very surprised when we called her over and asked her for our second course having waited patiently for 15 minutes. Have visited three times. Each time service was strained. First time we asked really kindly if the music could be turned down a little and it was turned up. We were really put off by the warnings on the breakfast menu to not ask for any changes at all as each dish is perfectly thought out and will fall apart if you ask for no mushrooms. That generally leaves a bad taste. Booked a table for 6.45 for 5 people. We were seated right where the food is served so had a constant ding from the dinner bell. Not a very nice part of the restaurant. Prompt drinks to be fair. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not very busy, with only a few large groups that seemed to be Christmas parties. We were seated as a party of three next to a table with two guests, and given drink menus by our waiter. We placed our drink and food orders promptly, but noticed that the table next to us seemed to be having trouble with their food not arriving. Despite this warning sign, our food took over an hour to come out. When my wife and I turned up at about 1130am today November 4th 2023 , the establishment was not full and we were shown to a seat immediately. After ordering and receiving our drinks our order was taken for two souvlakis , we waited and waited , by nearly an hour other couples who had arrived much later were being served . By now the time we had allotted for the meal was fast running out so we told the staff we could not wait any longer . We believe we overheard staff discussing that “ the food order had not gone through “ . We had to pay for the two drinks we had had , no one said that the food would arrive very soon suggesting that our belief that staff had bot actually processed our order...
Party of 9 including young children. We were told we could have the table for 90mins which seemed fair but drinks took an age to arrive, then our breakfast took a ridiculous time to arrive. Several of our meals were cold. Mine too cold to contemplate eating, but our 90mins was nearly up and our parking due up soon so I chose to go without. Offered a refund and would we like coffee?.. Very poor service and lack of leadership from management. Meals were pre ordered yet took over an hour for starters to arrive. Mains from another table were mistakenly delivered an hour after starters, this held things up for a further 20 mins. Christmas Loaded fries visually looked disgusting and over seasoned. Overall a very underwhelming and dissapointing experience. The restaurant was not particularly busy or seemed to lack staff so there really is no excuse for the poor service provided that evening.
The service at this restaurant was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the food was terrible. Our chicken skewers were made up of only three small pieces of meat, the fries were soggy and cold, and the vegetables were lackluster. It seemed like a haphazard meal thrown together from random ingredients found in the kitchen on a disappointing Tuesday evening.

We had a great breakfast experience today, bringing our dog along with us. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and our food was served promptly and hot. My young daughter finished her breakfast in minutes and really enjoyed it! They even provided us with a water bowl and a treat for our dog to enjoy by our table.
