Gaststaette Auf Der Burg

Ich war spontan dort. Kam von einer langen Fahrt nach Hause und hatte Hunger. Ich kam kurz nach 17 Uhr an einem Sonntag in den Gastraum. Der war leer. Ich nahm an einem der freien und nicht mit reserviert Platz genommen. Es dauert einige Minuten, bis die anwesenden Mitarbeiter ihre Unterhaltung in der Küche beendet haben und ein Blick in den Gastraum warfen. Gefühlt leicht erschrocken kam dann die Servicekraft auf mich zu, es gab kein Hallo nur ein direktes: haben sie reserviert? Mich im leeren Raum erstaunt umblickend Antwortete ich mit Nein, ob das nötig sei? Wäre besser kam als Antwort. Ok, dann macht die Hütte zu, bis die reservierten Gäste kommen. Ich hatte Hunger. Nach einem fantastischen Osteressen im Restaurant „Auf der Burg“ heute möchte ich meine Erfahrung teilen. Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zum letzten Bissen war alles perfekt. Super stools eat, salmon with red beet sauce and fruity, surprising combination, very delicate smoothed by the callbsfilet with homemade croquettes and very tasty salad, best meat dish for a long time. to see the cook. there is a good choice of wine, good beer from the barrel. We are sure to come back and recommend unrestricted.

Preis Leistung Phänomenal gut. 14€ für 2 tolle Schnitzel (keine Tiefkühlkost! und einen super stimmigen Beilagensalat inkl. sehr leckeren Kartoffelsalat und feinem Dressing. Reservierung Sinnvoll.
